hbajee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hbajee platform and all its services. By opening an account on hbajee or continuing to use the site, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are asked to stop using the site.

hbajee reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page regularly.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on hbajee, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate information at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
• All transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method.
• You must be eligible to participate in online betting under applicable laws in Bangladesh.

2.2 Account Verification

hbajee may request identity verification documents at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, hbajee reserves the right to suspend the account or place a hold on withdrawals.

2.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must notify hbajee support immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account. hbajee will not be held responsible for any loss caused by your own negligence.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on hbajee are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No deposits below the set limit will be accepted.

• Each successful deposit will be added to the account balance immediately.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not allowed and such transactions will be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Withdrawal Delays or Suspension

hbajee reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security reasons, on suspicion of a breach of Terms, or if verification has not been completed. In such cases, the relevant user will be notified and asked to provide the necessary documents.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus offer carries its own conditions; the specific details of each offer must be read carefully.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.
• hbajee reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members may be included in the VIP program. There are four tiers from Bronze to Platinum, each with a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet will not be considered accepted until it has been finally confirmed. hbajee reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned but no winnings will apply.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event or match does not start at the scheduled time or is stopped midway, bets will be settled according to hbajee's set rules. For live betting, bets settled before an event is cancelled will remain valid.

5.3 Manipulation and Fraudulent Activity

If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent method, the account will be closed immediately. All deposits and winnings may be forfeited in such cases.

5.4 Automated Software Prohibited

Using bots, automated scripts, or any other technology to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled.

hbajee believes that gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We follow an active responsible gaming policy to protect our users.

• Users may set deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion for themselves.
• If a user shows signs of problem gambling, hbajee will try to assist them.
• If anyone under 21 attempts to open an account, the account will be cancelled.

• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• All data transmission is kept secure using SSL encryption.

8.1 At the User's Request

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a request to support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before account closure — unused balances may be cancelled after a specified period.

8.2 At hbajee's Initiative

hbajee may suspend or close any account without warning for any of the following reasons:

• A clear breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Failure to cooperate with verification.

In such cases, no bonuses or winnings earned from bonuses will be returned; however, the return of the user's own deposited funds will be considered subject to verification.

The hbajee platform is operated to the highest standard, but services may occasionally be disrupted due to technical issues. In such cases, hbajee will follow the provisions below:

• If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, it will be settled according to database records.
• If a technical error appears in displayed odds or balance, the correct information will apply.
• hbajee is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

hbajee is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Any financial loss resulting from betting is entirely the user's own responsibility. hbajee will not be responsible for any issues arising through third-party services outside the platform.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact hbajee's support team first. The support team provides assistance in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most disputes can generally be resolved through discussion.

10.3 Interpretation of Terms

If any disagreement arises over the interpretation of any part of these Terms, hbajee's interpretation will be considered final. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other service-related documents, form the entire agreement between hbajee and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these Terms.

11.2 Transfer of Terms

A user may not transfer their account, rights, or obligations to any other person. hbajee may transfer service operations to a third party if necessary — users will be notified in due course.

11.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. If any difference arises between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
